Service Scope
TakeFactory generates short motion assets from user-provided or platform-provided brand characters and compatible motion templates. Output availability depends on provider compatibility, content policy checks, and successful post-processing.
User Responsibilities
Users must only upload characters and text that they own or are authorized to use commercially. Real-person likenesses, celebrities, political figures, adult content, violent content, fraudulent content, and unauthorized copyrighted material are not allowed.
Credits
Credits are reserved when generation starts. Technical failures that prevent generation are refunded automatically. Quality disputes, provider limitations, and refund policy details require final business approval before launch.
